Orders are delivered on the next working delivery day after your order is confirmed. Any cut-off time for next-day delivery is shown at checkout.

Every perishable item is covered by our freshness promise: tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we will refund or replace it. See our Returns and Refunds Policy for details.

Shelf-stable pantry goods can be cancelled up to 14 days after delivery. Perishable goods cannot be cancelled once dispatched, but they are protected by our freshness promise and your statutory rights.

Orders contain chilled food, so someone should be available to receive them, or you can leave safe-place instructions at checkout. Our Delivery Policy explains what happens if nobody is available.
